Services include feasibility studies, conceptual design, construction cost estimating, design development, construction document preparation, bidding and construction contract negotiating, construction administration services and project close-out procedures.  Further services outside of the traditional description includes Bank related inspections/reports for construction financing, building inspections, graphics, renderings, model building, interior design, design/build and limited structural engineering.

Construction related engineering services are typically provided by outside consultants deemed appropriate for each project.
